I hope they're considering statutory rape as well. Young boys are often pushed to "be a man" which apparently means having sex and bragging about it. It leads to them easily being sexually assaulted by older women. It might not seem like a big deal when they're so young, but it can lead to trauma as they get older and realize that they were taken advantage of, right? People don't talk about rape of pre-teen boys by older women so often...
